Fifteen years of other people's deadlines.
I started as a project manager in 2010 and never really stopped being one — I just got responsible for more of it. Four agencies, 60-plus programs, teams of 6 to 12 that I've hired, coached, and occasionally protected from their own optimism.
What I'm actually good at: turning a fuzzy enterprise ask into a scope someone can commit to, then holding the room together while it gets built. Budgets from $300K to $3M+. My favorite sentence to write in a status report is “on time, under budget.”
The AI part isn't a pivot — it's the same job with better tools. I build internal agents that take the repetitive delivery work off my team: prompt frameworks, transcript-to-documentation pipelines, risk forecasting. I ship them, watch them get used or ignored, and adjust.
