A Slack agent that assembles the weekly client status report from tickets, commits and call notes, then waits for a human to approve it.
The problem
Status reports are the most-skipped, most-missed artifact in delivery. When they do go out, they are already stale.
What I built
A Friday-morning draft posted into a private channel: what shipped, what slipped, what needs a decision. The PM edits in place and hits send.
Outcome
Reports go out on Fridays. That is the whole win, and it is a big one.
